Exchange requests: within 10 days of delivery. For customer-requested changes, we will quote pickup and redelivery charges for your acceptance before approval. Where we sent an incorrect or defective item, we will handle the appropriate correction at our cost, subject to applicable rights. Existing return rights remain unaffected.
